Hebrews 10:22-25

Highlighting – “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds” (v. 23-24)

Our hope rests in Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). We know as believers that we are promised an inheritance in Heaven, where Christ is preparing a place for each of us. Let’s focus on this hope and never waver in our faith. Our God has done mighty things for us, though we are undeserving – that’s true love, that’s grace. May we exemplify this love toward others, encouraging all believers to continue growing in Christ-likeness. Jesus Christ is the best person to follow, choose to keep your eyes on Him today and forevermore. You can feel secure in trusting God wholeheartedly because He is faithful (Lamentations 3:22-23). Don’t you ever give up!

Dear Father, thank You for sending Your Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for us. I look forward to meeting You and spending eternity in Your presence. Help me to not only look forward to Heaven, but to experience Your presence while I’m on this earth. Please continue to keep me and guide me to lead a life that pleases You. May my faith and trust in You be unwavering. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen!
